Taylor Black Jewellery have asked us to help out with some Christmas Gift product placement for their lovely brand of jewellery made in England and available online at www.taylorblack.co.uk or in their delightful little Georgian Townhouse boutique in the Cotswold town of Tetbury.
Taylor Black Jewellery is headed by designer maker Philippa Taylor who trained in London’s jewellery quarter, Hatton Garden after making the shift from an advertising agency to follow her true passion.
Her jewellery is characterized by an English sensibility and key sources of inspiration are bygone eras and in particular art deco. Her interest in fragrance and Victorian trinkets also led to the perfume locket range. The brand features the English rose as its emblem.
The brand was established in London and the name is born from combining her maiden and married surnames.
In August 2015 the boutique opened in Tetbury – the home of antiques and Prince Charles’ Highgrove shop. The business has become a defining lifestyle change for Philippa as she also lives in the property which is a Georgian townhouse dating back to the early 1700s. The shop takes its key styling influence from Victorian apothecaries and also showcases a curated selection of Botanical themed products such as prints and scent.
“What defines my interest in jewellery is its ability to endure and its quality for transforming materials into cherished possessions”
